THE THEME

Shaftesbury School is hosting a TEDxYouth event on 24th November 2022. A TEDxYouth event is a TEDx event created for the youth by the youth with the help of adult mentors. Adults aren't the only ones with ideas worth sharing.

The theme for this event is 'Louder than Words'. We are inviting speakers to submit a 150-word proposal to secure a TEDx speaking spot.

The speaker application process is open from 6th to 24th June. After the submission window, we will be shortlisting a group of adult and youth speakers to progress to the next round which will involve some live reads and mini-TEDs, culminating in 6 adult and 6 youth TED talks at the big event.
